Poor quality product and customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the leather bag I purchased and the customer service I received. After only 3 weeks of use, the lining of the bag came apart. When I contacted the company to address this issue, they dismissed my query, insisting that it was not possible and claiming that this had never happened before. They dismissed me immediately without providing proper client service or attempting to resolve the problem. The second handbag I ordered from them has really bad patch work. I expected much better quality and customer support from this company.
