BAD / NO SERVICE!!!!!!

I contacted the mentioned company on wednesday to repair my aircon. he promised me he wil repair the<br> aircon when he his finished with the current job. the next day he did not even phone to say he cannot come<br> and Johanna at the office said he is busy in Oudtshoorn with a contract job. it seems bigger contract work<br> is more important than smaller repair jobs. today is the 4 jan and we are still waiting because we have an attitude when we phone to ask when will they come. he advertise that he is 24hours but does not make an attempt. BAD CLIENT SERVICE!!!!
