Worst service ever

Paid for my order 28/11/2017. Was told on 16Des that my shoes were in the mail and got a tracking nr. Phoned post office one week later only to hear my tracking nr is ****. Got no help from Karoo Ella staff and the owner cursed at me over the phone. On 08/01/2018 I threatened him with the consumer law and about 2 hours later I received a new tracking nr.... Luckily this one was valid... Still awaiting my shoes. Please dont buy from them.
