No shoes delivered

Karoo Ella is the worst I have ever done business with. I made a payment early November and they said within 20 days I would have my shoes. Needless to say, when I enquired about my parcel they were rude and threaten me with lawyers and after a while received a tracking number...which until now cannot be picked up by post office system or the courier they claim to make use of. They don't respond to messages and blocked me every where. Do NOT buy from karoo ella.
