No product and No Refund either

Karoo Ella has not deliverd my order after weeks of waiting and no communication and now that I asked for a refund, they have blocked me from their social media pages and aren't giving any feedback when they will give me my refund. It seems as though the business is a ****. They are basically *****ing and I intend to report them to the police.
