Terrible

Very bad service from both lodges, Karoo country inn and Karoo ouberg lodge. Made a booking 2 days in advance, phoned the morning of arrival date confirming again. Upon arrival at the lodge they had no record of our booking and could not get accommodation for the night, leaving us in a very bad situation.
