non-functioning swiping machine at Karoo cattle and land in Carlswald

<p>I went to Karoo cattle and Land in Carlswald with my partner to order an oxtail meal, we where then told that the they have ran out of oxtail. My partner ordered an alternative meal that included potatoes andd we where told that they have ran out of potatoes, we then substituted the potatoes for something else.</p> <p>To top this off, as we had to pay,the EFT machine was not working.The waiter kept trying the machine but it was not responding. This was not the first time i went to Karoo at Carlswald and the EFT swiping machine was not working, this was probably the 4th time this has happened to me. Why should a customer have to struggle to pay ? Waiting and waiting just to pay ?? Karoo at Carlswald needs to sort out their swiping machine, its frustrating for customers. </p>
