Cold food

On the 26th of April we went out to have dinner with one of my friends. I wanted to have some steak so we went to Karoo in new road. When we arrived there it was about 8 PM and there wasn't a lot of people in the shop. We ordered and got the food but it was ice cold. for a medium rare steak to be cold meant the food just stood there. so the manager came over and just let us puck up the steak from the plate and fut it in another plate. so they then took it back to the kitchen and reheated it. and then basted it again. this is not on!!<br> <br> The veg was wonderful but the service sucked.<br> <br> That branch will never see me again.
