Extremely poor customer service.

Despite a pre-arranged meeting to buy & collect wood from Nico and then driving from Johannesburg to collect the wood in Bela Bela, Nico was a no show, even after numerous phone calls, Whatsapp msgs, no return calls and going to the arranged pickup location twice. Don't bother trying to purchase wood from this unreliable individual.
