Karma Group Properties ****

We are in Bali and got ******* into thinking we won 7 nights accommodation at one of the Karma Group properties but instead had to sit through one of those “Time Share” schemes, they indicated that we are under no requirement to purchase in order to claim our price... We comp**** to all their requirements but didn't purchase anything. We duly received our 'Free Holiday Voucher and subsequently tried to redeem the said voucher on two separate occasions. Only to get a notification that you will be contacted regarding redeeming your prize and then NOTHING. There is no number to call to follow up. I think it is a huge ****. These places should really be taken to task for this ********* behavior.
