Bogus Karma Time share - empty promises

In 2016 we went to Bali and were duped into one of those Time Share 'days'. We comp**** to all their requirements but didn't purchase anything. We duly received our 'Free Holiday Voucher' at any of 3 Karma resorts in the East. Subsequently we have tried to redeem this voucher on two separate occasions. This takes a lot of time. One finally gets notification that you will be called regarding availability and then NOTHING. There is no number to call to follow up. I think it is a huge ****. These places should really be taken to task for this ********* behavior and not fulfilling o their side of the bargain.
