In 2011 We went and see Karlien de Wet for debt counselling. In 2015 see moved from Kriel to Witbank with no notice to clients. Her telephone number change everything. After 2019 we got her cell number of her via adverti*****t on RSG radio. We requested our certificate to clear our name. We took her to NCR sent them al the proof that we pay from 2011 up till 2019 every month. She told them we only paid till 2016. Now she refuse to help us to get our certificate. After she put our TV license on? And we need to get all the pay up letters. We trusted her but she abuse our trust and let us pay someone else dept. One of our creditors we contact and they sent us email that me nor my husband were on there books for dept.?? How do I go from here? I need any people that is through the same experience with her to contact me please. That we can stop her lying to people and **** them out of their money because we pay for service that is never been delivered.
