Debt Counselling....

Good day,<br> Could you kindly assist me with my debt counselor. I have been battling for months now. Karlien de Wet Debt Counselling NCR Registration: NCRDC572.<br> <br> I don't get statements frequently, even if I ask. This lady doesn't answer my calls, sms's or e-mails. I can leave messages at her office, she will not reply.<br> <br> So on my own I got a statement from the NPDA only to find the following:<br> <br> <br> My Woolworth accounts was paid off on 20 August 2014 by myself, I have send proof of payments through to my DC. And now almost a year later I found out that Woolworths is still being paid every month by the NPDA. How am I going to get all this money back? As I don't get feedback from my DC.<br> <br> I pay the NPDA the amount of R3340.00pm, which they then pay over to my creditors. Now I also see that my DC took R3125.57 for a negotiation fee?? So my creditors have not been paid for September 2014. There was no negotiation done last year???<br> <br> She took Tenacity of my payment profile, and I had to pay Dunns last month, as they have not been paid up. I don't get paid up letters..NOTHING...how am I going to prove that all was paid?<br> <br> What is the function of a debt counselor, if we cannot trust them?
