Worst service ever!!!

We received the worst service at any public institution in SA. On the first of august 2022 at 6PM, my wife came back from work with a severe pain in the shoulders and shortness of breath. We read on Google that pain that originate in the heart area, spreads to the left shoulder and harm, plus tingling and numbness could be a heart attack. All day hospitals were closed by then. We decided to go to the nearest public hospital, karl Bremer. We got there at 6PM. Reception was pretty fast. But once in, we sat and sat on those benches, hoping that we will soon hear our names be called by a doctor. Soon, waiting turned to frustration when we realised it was five in the morning the next day. No feedback and no explanation, until we started gathering from gossips that they only attend to people on the verge of dying. In other words my wife should get stroke first or die before they can attend to her. Frustration mounting,we tried to inquire from the emergency entrance,no one seem to know what going on. A kind security guard ,tried to explain that we were classified according to folder colours and stuff like that. No nurse or doctor had time for us. At 12 midday we decided to go to a private clinic, after a nurse finally told us that she had no idea when we will be attended to. You attitude towards us really sucked. Karl bremer, never again.!!!
