Worst place on earth if you are looking for help

8/9 hours at the hospital the gyno has to see my wife who is pain, but the staff are.scared to call the gyno because who ever that is, that person isn't in the business of helping they became a doctor for Cash plain and simple, now you get harassed by security because of where your sitting then you go to EC and ask did you phone the gyno, no we can't because the gyno gets mad if there isn't 100 people in the queue, upside down mindset why are you a gyno if you get annoyed when your service is needed, so people have to sit and wait for that person to one day decide if they will help you today or if you must come that's just selfish and arrogant, so in a sense as is the system in SA, you have to get medical aid charged 1000s of rands each month but then you only use it once in a while it's pretty stupid
