Very very very disappointed at Karl bremer maternity ward sisters treatment!!

Good Day All. I would just like to highlight my extreme disappointment at karl bremer hospital maternity ward staff. My wife is 38 weeks pregnant and has a folder to mention birth to be at karl bremer at 40 weeks. I called last night 17 th December 2022 at 11pm last night concerned about my wife experiencing pains so my wife needed advice if she could or must come into the hospital. The sister was extremely rude. Unsympathetic and mentioned she is pregnant aswell. I would have thought she would have more sympathy towards my wife instead she cut the call. I called back numerous times she told me I must stop wasting her time. We must Go to our nearest MOU.Please can the maternity HOD respond to the above because this is not how we treat people especially pregnant/ infact no one deserves this dismal treatment. Please understand that protocols need to be followed and also as hospital staff which are here to help and not disrespect or just push people aside. We talking about a baby a new life that needs to be born. I am utterly disappointed and await feedback from the hospital before I decide going forward my next move regarding the rudeness of the sister towards my wife. Will get all her details /shift time which she worked last night.....and provide evidence of calls last night. 10 calls made.
