Very disappointed in Karl Bremer

Good day Very disappointed in Karl bremer Maternity ward The stuff are very rude and unprofessional My wife gave birth and it was horrible because of the nurse that was rude and did not want to assist her with breastfeeding. She was screaming for help 3 times no one came They on phones when I went to go look The one nurse said " don't help her she must struggle on her own I don't want to struggle because it is almost new year" that was her words. The baby was struggling to drink and they did not care. They shouting over each other and writing wrong stuff in her book. She was dilated 8cm and 2 hours later when a different nurse came to look she was only 5cm
