Treating a pensioner like dirt

Worst service ever, this is how they treated my dad of 67 years old. He went in early morning yesterday morning, was given a yellow sticker as not priority cause his conscious. After early morning sitting waiting to see a doctor as he was referred to the hospital as my dad's left leg was hard and blue and could not walk know the leg. When I phoned at 6pm I asked why they have not seen my dad yet, I mean to sit a whole day and to get told that his not priority by the receptionist, some guy. I told him its pathetic how do you treat people like this. He said oh let me check his file. He said there is 2 files ahead of him maybe not to long now. Only after 10pm or before 11pm did a doctor see him. Not been able to move around and sit for a whole day. The sister ****ped the people out and said this man is emergency what if something happened there would have been big trouble! I mean really now. Now this is not the end of the story. He went for scans and all and is in the emergency side and says to keep leg up and morning and evening injections will take place as they found blood clots in his leg and his blood pressure is sky rocket. He also gets told you can sleep in the chair as the beds are needed for emergencies and not only that whole day today no bed available in hospital. This is pathetic 😒 so my dad of 67years of age must sleep in a chair with no elevation for his leg and we may not bring blankets to keep extra warm because we not allowed to In emergency ward wait how long till a bed is available in the hospital before we may visit visit. This is now terrible indeed. I'm not stopping here. I'm taking this further. My dad is TL Botha if any of you at hospital reading this, from his angry daughter 😤
