Poor service Karl Bremer Hospital

My mother was brought to Karl Bremer for admission... this is the 3rd time there was no bed available, she had to sit in a plastic garden chair for the duration of the whole afternoon, evening and night. It’s winter, service are beyond poor. Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty, for a very sick 70?year old female lady to sit at emergency unit the whole night without a blanket is really inhumane.
