Poor Service!!!

People sit at the emergency unit for 4 days without being helped.

My dad was taken up in hospital tonight due to an motorcycle accident...he hurt his lower back...they sent him for xrays and before checking the xray results they made him sit on a chair for countless hours as there are never any beds available...how can you state that your mission is to give the best care possible for the patients if this is the case? He is in so much pain and when you say something you get an attitude from the staff and the Doctor, Doctor Hugh who is the doctor on duty.

My dad is dyslexic and he doesn't always understand or can't explain himself properly and my mom isn't allowed to be inside with him? He doesn't even remember what the name of the medication is that he's on...yet the doctors asks questions...what the hell?

He came in with a sore lower back, shoulder, arm and both hands swollen...yet they only take xrays of his back...and now he has to wait another few hours to take more xrays for his shoulder, arms and wrists...what the hell!! He came in per ambulance so if the doctor checked their records properly then surely they could have taken all the xrays needed the first time around.

Extremely disappointed by the service and the attitude that you get when in need of help.

Don't make promises you can't keep!!!
