Poor customer service karl bremer

Not impressed my mother was brought to karl bremer emergency on tuesday around 5.30 pm she has been sitting there in the waiting room since then. Today is thursday i cant get hold of her and everytime switch board sends me to emergency they do not pick up there phones. My mother was only seen by someone last yesterday afternoon but was not given a bed. Since tuesday she has had to sleep in the wheelchair she arrived in. If there are no beds then im sure they can phone to other hospitals to find a open bed for her. She cannot walk because of her condition and in so much pain.

I am not impressed with this hospital at all

If you cannot even answer your phones what is the use of having them?
