Pathetic service

Should a person be half dead to be admitted to hospital. My mother went to a Reed St where they wont give her her prescription due to her being in a bad state, she has been in pain from May already and the drs just keep giving meda. Reed st referred her to hospital where she has been sitting for more than 12 hrs waiting just to see someone. They tell her 20hrs waiting period. A nurse came in, gave her 2 panados and told her that she will see her in 8 hrs. Really!!!

What happened to this wonderful system they were going to implement. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!
