Lost ID card

My mother-in-law is 82 years and diagnosed with congestive heart failure. She was taken to Karl Bremer Hospital on the 28th of February at around 8h30 with Titanium.

Her ID card and Karl Bremer documents were handed to the driver and taken with to the hospital . She was admitted to overnight on saturday and moved to A. She was discharged this afternoon.

All was returned, except for the ID card and Karl Bremer documents. It was not signed off on the form, but they knew what color the panty was ????

So now an 82 year old needs to go to the police station to report her card lost / ****** at Karl Bremer Hospital and then to home affairs.

Thanks for the terrific service you guys render, and hoping and praying that NHI does not show up at private hospitals...
