Karl Bremer is shocking

Brought my elderly sister in last night at 16h00, serious dimishednlung capacity, cannot breath or hold her he'd up. They kept her overnight in the emergency room not admitted but apparel tly going to. Arriving the next day here at 14h40, security would not allow me to bring her a toothbruah or clean clothing. She did not get a bed, had to sleep across hard plastic chairs. How is it possible that some serious enough to be held 48 hours can't even be given a mattress when there is a pile outside there door. She is so weak! I want to go into see someone to discuss this but security won't let me. Time on duty is now at 1457.
