Failing public health

I would like to express my utter disgust in Karl Bremmer hospital and the way they treat human beings Three days ago my friend's mom as sent there by her go diagnosed with septicaemia, cellulitis and a severe abses in her stomach which is blessing and oozing pus

For three days now she has been seated in a wheelchair in the emergency ward.

Taken for x-rays and blood tests for which no diagnosis or results were received as yet

Left in her urine and blood

And not medicated even though she was in excruciating pain

Last night we sent someone to complain and then she was given a drip for pain

Today she was DISCHARGED from the hospital without any communication with her family on the reason or the diagnosis or results of her tests

When we called for a doctor to ask how they could discharge her only to be told her urine infection is stable

They didn't even look into the other conditions

Then we were told she will now be readmitted

This woman has been crying for two days in that wheelchair Suffering in torment

I'm literally writing this review in tears because of the torment she has endured

How can any human being be treated this way ? Lord we need an intervention in our public health system

Pls someone tell me how we can lodge a formal complaint so no human being ever has to ensure this again
