Doctor to call me please?

I'm very disappointed in the service I received over the phone. I was there on Monday 9 Nov and was helped by Dr JL Peattie MPno *** there are some problems with the medication she gave me and now I try calling her and seems like there's no persons with that surname...how could this happen? Can somebody please assist me?
