Do better

I am beyond disappointed with the treatment at this hospital. I was rushed the 30th Jan with severe abdominal pain, i arrived with an ambulance and even so was waiting more than 5 hours to be seen to by a dr. Nurses are extremely rude and shows zero empathy for any of the patients. I was put on a drip and sat in the emergency ward all through the night on a chair. Elderly people in pain sitting on chairs for the night as no beds. But mind you people who go out looking for fights living that lifestyle get seen to and are chilling on a bed. I end up having a ultrasound the next afternoon only revealing large gallstones and a 14CM ovarian cyst, i gt a letter to go to my local clinic to gt blood tests results. No follow up at karl bremer... At the clinic dr giggled and told me the cyst is huge kraaifontein clinic. Tells me there is nothing they can do. I was sent home from karl bremer woth brufens and panado what a sock joke. I go to a private dr and he is extremely concerned about the cyst size and it rupturing. I cnt walk or pick up my child. Im given a referral back to karl bremer. I went in excruciating pain yesterday 20th feb. They did absolutely nothing for me. Gynae told me the dr who discharged me is an idiot as he was to give me a date to come see the gynae at karl bremer. Im in so much pain. I am scared go back there 😔
