Bad service at Karl Bremer Hospital

My mom and i went there @ 5 in the afternoon, she was having heart palpitations, the service she received was horrible, they were not helping at all…. Yes that was an emergency section, but my mom’s situation was also an emergency she couldn’t breathe its 2:47 now & we just came back home cause no one was helping. I am really angry and ****ed at their service. I wont recommend anyone to go to that hospital if they need help
