Bad Accounting practices and Threatening Practices.

Accounting Department for this hospital is pathetic. They are month’s behind and do not catch up with payments. They rely on old fashioned snail mail to send late accounts to patients, even though you give them an email address. They use threatening tactics to hand patients over to debt collectors before checking on payments. Reminds a person of the old regime.
