12 hour count down

I rushed to Karl bremer hospital as my daughter fell and she broke one of her front teeth and which caused her month to swollen up after a while, however arriving at the hospital around 18:00pm on 8 March 2023 and we still sitting at the hospital at this hour exactly 02:40am on 9 March and we still haven't been assisted. I was appointed to the nightshift on duty (Sister Abramans) but I have never in my entire life experience this bad , horrible service as staff has absolutely no concern no amphity about the patients well-being and health. My biggest concern is sitting for 12 hours and not a single follow-up from any of the staff in the whole department for the kids
