Caregiving Agency from hell!!!!

Karien 24/7 Caregiving Services is an agency which connects caregivers with elderly/ Dementia etc patients. My mother who is a caregiver, was recruited by Karien 24/7 Caregiving Services to be placed with 2 patients in Bethal. My mother navigated from Pretoria to Springs and then Karien drove her to Bethal where she arrived on 23 May 2023 to provide 24/7 care to the 2 patients. Karien neglected to tell my mother that the elderly patient had a history of irratic and aggressive behavior and that my mother would be the 3rd carer to be placed there in a very short span of time. The elderly patient displayed homicidal tendencies toward my mother which involved her wanting to kill my mother with canes and knifes. The patient's son advised my mother to keep herself locked up in her room for her own protection as his mother was going to kill her for sure. By 3 June the patient's son advised my mother to return to Pretoria for her own safety. Karien only paid my mother R516.00 for the time she spent there and assured my mother that the balance of R2957.58 as well as one month's notice fee of R8000.00 would be settled by end of June 2023. Karien didn't deposit any monies apart from the R516.00 into my mother's bank account. The few attempts to contact Karien resulted in empty assurances that the monies were paid in on 28 June but requests for proof of payment resulted in excuses of internet problems and in the meantime still no monies reflecting in my mother's bank account. Karien doesn't answer any phone calls, Whatsapp messages or sms messages. She doesn't care about the financial or emotional impact that her actions of no payments has on my mother who has now lost her policies and cellphone contracts. I don't understand why my mother has to beg for her own hard earned money. My mother can't even access her own email account due to her cellphone contract being suspended.
