The service was not great, I sent an email to ask about something on my order but I didn't get a response. The product arrived only this week Tuesday 14 March and the order was placed in Jan. There was an email from your offices in Feb to advise there had been an issue with customs so I understand these things happen. The reviews for your company are all bad and to be honest I was worried my order wouldn't arrive at all especially after there was no feedback on my request. I'm grateful to have received my order and while I want to place more orders with you, I'm worried about how long I have to wait for the products to arrive. Your website is really well layed out so with that in mind , service delivery needs to increase to match what you market. I think you could become a really good business if customer service is increased.
