WORST service ever!!!!

Karibaa order. #*** After several months I still have NOT received my product nor My Refund!!! I send emails on a daily basis without receiving Any reply from Karibaa...This is the WORST service ever. Paid R1500 for a product that is NOT in stock according to Karibaa but still shows IN stock on the website. Now that they need to refund me, there is no help!!!
