Worst service ever

If i could give a zero i would. I ordered something last night just to receive an email earlier to say i would receive my order in the week of november 2021. How is this even possible. I've never in my life heard of an online shopping website delivering goods in a month to its customers. Its just a pity i only saw all these bad reviews after i placed my order. I just want my money back. Im ever so sorry i came across this website. Ive sent emails requesting a refund but to no avail. Worst ever. I don't even think i will get any response.
