Worst online shopping experience - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a book as a birthday present and was said it will be delivered by 15/05/2023 - nothing has happened. They are not responding to their emails and keep on giving feedback within 48hrs - its been days but nothing. Considering opening a case as this comes thru as ***** or a ****. The telephone number only rings. FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!!
