We have never received our goods!!
We have placed an order in July, until today we did not receive our goods or a refund, despite numerous requests. In return we get automated replies with no concrete answers when we will get our order or our money back!! We checked their FB page and discovered numerous clients in the same situation with no goods or refunds. This company takes money and never deliver!!

We have been experiencing some delays as our warehouse is in the UK, and yes, SA has been moved to level one, however, the UK is still in the middle of the pandemic, making it complicated to safely import the products.
