Very poor service from Karibaa

I placed an order on 16 January and am still waiting. I get no response from the support email, just a standard response of shipping can take 15-30 days. SA telephone does not get answered! I am very disappointed as I need these books for my students who are doing the books I ordered as their setwork, and Term 1 is nearly finished!!
