Very poor service from Karibaa

I ordered a product from Karibaa on the 22th September. One day later I recieved an email saying that the product was no longer available. I rep**** to say that the replacement product would be acceptable. I still have not recieved the product (Oct 13), despite several emails. The phone numbers provided on the emails or the website are not answered either. This is really appalling service. I would suggest that others do not order from Karibaa.
