Very poor service!!!
I have ordered an item on the 27th June 2020, and was told that my delivery would take place in the week of the 13th July 2020. It is now the16th July 2020 and i have not even received details of any courier company or delivery. I have sent many emails and received the response that they will refer to the back end team. Im not sure what that even means. Today I have tried to go to their website and their website is down. At this point im extremely concerned that they have now dissappeared with my money. Am very concerned!!! Anyone with an idea of what i can now do. Please beware of this site!!!
