Very poor online shopping with Karibaa

I ordered TWO of the same book from KARIBAA in Midrand, which took 2 months to arrive, however, only ONE book was actually delivered. After querying the single book, I was promised delivery in mid May 2023.This was not delivered and after numerous queries and phone calls which they never answered, I still am missing the second book that I ordered. DONT BUY FROM KARIBAA!!!!!
