Very bad review - quick to bank money, missing in action to refund money

I ordered and paid for an item in August 2021. I was informed by Karibaa via email the day AFTER they had banked my credit card payment, that the item was out of stock, and that I would be refunded within 7-10 business days as that was how long it would take for PayFast to complete this request. I have since sent various emails, and eventually I received a response. On 31 August 2021, I received an email as from Zaria H informing me that my refund was in progress and proof of payment will be sent to me within 10-14 working days. It is now 5 months down the line, and I have not received one single cent back from them. This is the worst company that I have EVER dealt with.
