This is not a business

They are effectively uncontactable. (I am not the only one experiencing this - multiple reviewers having the same issue) The only responses are auto-replies stating acknowledgement of receipt and that someone will send you "a personal response". As you may well guess, this is where responses stop. However, if you contact them on a weekend you'll be the luck recipient of 2 auto-replies, the first as described previously and the second stating that no one can help you over a weekend but someone will respond during business hours. I guess "someone" doesn't work there anymore and they haven't been able to find a replacement... Times are tough I guess.

I have yet to receive any non-automated response to any of my queries. I have yet to receive all the products I ordered. (It has been 6+ weeks now.)

They have gone ahead and marked my order as having been fulfilled, even though it has not. So I paid for for goods I have not received and it is past the stated expected delivery window.

Thus I cannot recommend against this "business"/"company" enough and would urge anyone to find an alternate business to purchase from unless you are keen have this experience yourself.

Sincerely, 1 star is overly generous.

No response, no contact. Only feigning interest/concern in public for the sake of appearance. Exactly what I expected based on their conduct thus far. But they've had enough time to have some of yesterday's negative reviews from others flagged and removed, because calling them out for what they are is considered "defamatory". Wouldn't surprise me if the majority of positive reviews for this "company" is from bot accounts run by this same disreputable establishment.

For anyone interested in an update. Order made on 07/12/2022 and it is now 14/03/2023 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE BALANCE OF MY ORDER. And I have given up with these people. They don't cough up your money when they don't fulfill and neither do they provide you with the products you paid for. So in short, save your money and don't use this "company" as you'll have paid for thin air.

A further update for anyone interested... I have still not received the balance of my order from this so-called "company". It has now been 7.5 months since placing my order. I have received no response from said company nor a refund for an order unfulfilled.
