Terrible service

I placed an order on September 26 2020 (Saturday) and I got a payfast response noting my transaction.

I have since not received an order confirmation, nor any response to a support email and whatsapp querying my order, and their listed contact number goes immediately to voicemail.

My order number is: Order # ***

I would either like my order processed and delivered, or cancelled and refunded in FULL.
