Terrible online company

I had placed an order 3 November for 2 sunscreens, which showed ‘in stock’ The Karibaa website shows a local address in Pretoria. Karibaa are not transparent, as these items will still need to be ordered from overseas. I still do not have my items valued at R1,8k and each week the move the shipping date out Now I’m given a date of 15 Dec only being shipped from Pretoria. I have asked to please cancel & refund my money. Which has been ignored. Really the most shocking online company!!!!
