Terrible communication, and you probably will never receive your purchase

I ordered something in late April with an ETA of early May. nearly 4 months later and i have not received my purchase. My first warning sign should have been that i did not receive an confirmation email. After following up i eventually figured out what my order number was. And that was the end of the communication from them.

I subsequently called to find out when i would receive my item only to be told we will email you an updated ETA. Im still waiting for this.

In my mind i will not receive my purchase, but i thought let me threaten them with a Hello peter review. they responded to say they care about their reputation, they have had some delays and they will send me update ETA. it has been 2 weeks and i still have not received an ETA. so i am writing this review to tell potential customers not to buy from them, because you will lose your money.
