Still waiting for refund

I bought a veg stand on the 15th of August and in the 16th they responded that thitem is out of stock and they will refund me I should send my account number.I do so and they say a refund will take 7 to 14 days.Today is the 9th of September and I have bot received my money.I write them emails they do not respond and I call it goes straight to voicemail.Bad experience and I will not advise anyone to buy as when the item is out of stock no refund is given.They owe me R616,00.
