So frustrated!

I have never been so frustrated dealing with an online company before! Virtually impossible to get hold of them. Only one telephone number and it goes straight to voice mail only to be told that the mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a message. I’m trying to e-mail today but All my e-mails are bouncing back. I waited a month for my delivery and the product I bought is cracked...I’m so unhappy!!!!
