I placed an order for a - HOMedics Deep Tissue Massager. 13-03-2023 Recieved an order number & paid by EFT the same day 13-03-2023 Contavcted support 20-04-2023 (was offerred a new date ? ) requested a refund. Support offered a refund 7-14 days 24-04-2023 ( Sent bank details) After 14 days sent a reminder e-mail 05-05-2023 (NO RESPONSE) Sent another e-mail reminder 15-05-2023 (21 days after refund promise)

I will now lodge a ***** Case, as it appears clear that there is no intent to either deliver the goods or refund the Payment.
