Shocking service and no returns

Dont be fooled by their strap line being the biggest online store. It took over a month for me to get my parcel and then it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a children's book collection which comes as a box set. When my parcel arrived it was literally 6 books wrapped in cellophane. There is nowhere on their website for returns and I have asked to return the goods to get my money back with no success. Also the phone number on their website "does not exist" when you try and call them. Will never use them again.
