Shocking Service!!!

I am utterly shocked by the service I have received from them. I ordered something and paid for it and then waited weeks for the item with no response from them what so ever, eventually I contacted customer service to find out where my order was and was informed that they were out of stock. Would they even have notified me of this? if I had not asked in the first place?

They then told me they would do a refund and that was weeks ago, I have tried to find out why this is taking so long, especially because this is my money and I get emails saying that they are processing it, but still nothing.

I have now emailed them this week and still have no reply. I have never felt the need to write a review on hello peter, but feel this one is deserved.
